Vice Admiral Scott Andrew Stearney, 58, of Chicago, Illinois, was a U.S. Navy officer serving as commander of U.S. Naval Forces Central Command. He was found dead in his residence in Hamala, Bahrain, on December 1, 2018.

Petty Officer Third Class Francis Walter Stevens III, 21, of Montrose, Michigan, was a U.S. Navy sailor assigned to Coastal Riverine Squadron 3. He died on December 9, 2018, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Jonathan Robert Farmer was a 37-year-old Chief Warrant Officer 2 in the U.S. Army's 5th Special Forces Group. He was killed in a suicide bombing in Manbij, Syria, on January 16, 2019.

Senior Chief Petty Officer Shannon Mary Kent, 35, of Plattsburgh, New York, was a U.S. Navy cryptologic technician assigned to Cryptologic Warfare Activity 66. She was killed by a suicide bomb in Manbij, Syria, on January 16, 2019.

Sgt. Holli Rose Bolinski, 37, of Pinckneyville, Illinois, was a U.S. Army soldier serving with the 657th Transportation Company. She was killed in action at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, on March 5, 2019.

U.S. Army Specialist Jackson Davis Johnson, 20, of Hillsboro, Missouri, died on March 5, 2019, at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, while deployed in support of Operation Inherent Resolve.

U.S. Air Force Staff Sergeant Albert Joseph Miller, 24, of Richmond, New Hampshire, died on April 19, 2019, at Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar while serving in Operation Inherent Resolve.

U.S. Army Specialist Ryan Dennis-Orin Riley, 22, of Richmond, Kentucky, died on April 20, 2019, at Qayyarah Airfield West, Iraq, while supporting Operation Inherent Resolve.

U.S. Army Specialist Michael Travis Osorio, 20, of Horseshoe Bend, Idaho, was killed in action on April 23, 2019, in Taji, Iraq.

U.S. Army Private First Class Michael Anthony Thomason, 28, of Lincoln Park, Michigan, was killed in action in Kobani, Syria, on April 29, 2019, while serving with the 2nd Battalion, 327th Infantry Regiment.

Staff Sergeant William Edward Friese, 30, of Rockport, West Virginia, died on July 18, 2019, at Camp Buehring, Kuwait, while deployed in support of Operation Inherent Resolve.

Gunnery Sergeant Scott Aaron Koppenhafer, 35, of Mancos, Colorado, was a U.S. Marine with 2nd Marine Raider Battalion. He was killed in Mosul, Iraq, on August 10, 2019, during Operation Inherent Resolve.

U.S. Army Specialist Clayton James Horne, 23, of Atlanta, Louisiana, was killed in action on August 17, 2019, in Eskan Village, Saudi Arabia.

U.S. Army Sergeant Nathaneil George Irish, 23, of Billings, Montana, was killed in action on October 28, 2019, at Camp Taji, Iraq.

U.S. Army Specialist Antonio Devante-Isaac Moore, 22, of Wilmington, North Carolina, was killed in action on January 24, 2020, in Green Village, Syria, while serving with the 346th Engineer Company.

Maj. Moises Abraham Navas, 34, of Germantown, Maryland, was a U.S. Marine killed in a hostile incident in Qarah Chawq, Iraq, on March 8, 2020.

Gunnery Sergeant Diego Daniel Pongo, 34, of Simi Valley, California, was a U.S. Marine assigned to the 2nd Marine Raider Battalion. He was killed during a mission in Qarah Chawq, Iraq, on March 8, 2020.

Technical Sergeant Marshal Dakota Roberts, 28, of Claremore, Oklahoma, was a member of the U.S. Air Force's 219th Engineering Installation Squadron. He died on March 11, 2020, in Al Taji, Iraq, during Operation Inherent Resolve.

U.S. Army Staff Sergeant Michael Robert Sanmarco, 44, of West Hills, California, was killed in action in Doha, Qatar, on March 14, 2020, while supporting Operation Inherent Resolve.

U.S. Army Sergeant First Class John-david Randolph Hilty, 44, of Bowie, Maryland, was killed in action in Erbil, Iraq, on March 30, 2020, while serving with the 1st Battalion, 227th Aviation Regiment.
