Jamie Russel Lowe, a 21-year-old U.S. Marine corporal from Johnsonville, Illinois, died in a hostile incident in Nowzad, Afghanistan, on January 11, 2010.

Staff Sergeant Matthew Nevin Ingham, 25, of Altoona, Pennsylvania, was a U.S. Marine serving with 3rd Reconnaissance Battalion. He died on January 11, 2010, in Now Zad, Afghanistan.

Lance Cpl. Jacob Alexander Meinert, 20, of Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, was a U.S. Marine killed in a hostile incident in Bastion, Afghanistan, on January 10, 2010.

U.S. Army Sergeant First Class Jason Omar Bradley Hickman, 35, of Kingsport, Tennessee, died on January 7, 2010, from hostile action at Forward Operating Base Salerno in Khost Province, Afghanistan.

PFC Jarrett, Michael Robert, 20, a native of NORTH PLATTE, NE, died serving in the Active Duty, ARMY, D CO, 2-159TH ATTACK RECONNAISSANCE BATTALION, 12TH CAB, ILLESHEIM, GERMANY, during Operation Iraqi Freedom on January 6, 2010.
