U.S. Army Specialist Christopher Andrew Landis, 27, of Independence, Kentucky, died on February 10, 2014, from hostile action at Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan.

Joshua Allen Gray, a 21-year-old Private First Class from Van Lear, Kentucky, was killed in action on February 10, 2014, at Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan, while serving with the U.S. Army.

Chief Warrant Officer 2 Edward Balli, 42, of Salinas, California, was a U.S. Army soldier assigned to the 2nd Cavalry Regiment. He died on January 20, 2014, at Forward Operating Base Pasab, Afghanistan.

At 22, SPC Sipple, Andrew Holland of CARY, NC was serving with the ARMY, HHC, 1ST BATTALION, 8TH CAVALRY REGIMENT, 2ND BRIGADE COMBAT TEAM, 1ST CD, FORT HOOD, TX, when he died in KANDAHAR, AFGHANISTAN on January 17, 2014.

Staff Sgt. Daniel Tyler Lee, 28, of Crossville, Tennessee, was a U.S. Army Special Forces soldier. He died on January 15, 2014, in Wazghar, Afghanistan, from hostile action.

In BAGRAM, AFGHANISTAN on January 10, 2014, the ARMY lost SGT Scobie, Drew Michael of KAILUA, HI, 25, serving with DETACHMENT 55, OPERATIONAL SUPPORT AIRLIFT COMMAND, WHEELER AIRFIELD, HI.

Chief Warrant Officer 3 Andrew Langston Mcadams, 27, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, was a U.S. Army pilot serving with Detachment 53, Operational Support Airlift Command. He was killed in action on January 10, 2014, in Bagram, Afghanistan.

SFC William Kelly Lacey, 38, of Laurel, Florida, was a U.S. Army soldier killed in Shinwar, Afghanistan, on January 4, 2014.

Sgt. Jacob Michael Hess, 22, of Spokane, Washington, was a U.S. Marine with Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 26. He was killed in action on January 1, 2014, in Helmand province, Afghanistan.

Capt. David Irvin Lyon, 28, of the U.S. Air Force's 21st Logistics Readiness Squadron, was killed by hostile action in Kabul, Afghanistan, on December 27, 2013.

Active Duty, MARINE CORPS, 1ST BN, 9TH MAR, (TFBW, II MEF FWD), 2D MARDIV, CAMP LEJEUNE, NC, SGT Vasselian, Daniel Mark of ABINGTON, MA, 27, died in HELMAND PROVINCE, AFGHANISTAN on December 23, 2013. Cause: HOSTILE.

From SCOTTSDALE, AZ, CW2 Silverman, Joshua Benjamin served with the ARMY, COMPANY B, 3RD ASSAULT HELICOPTER BATTALION, 1ST AVIATION REGIMENT, CAB, FORT RILEY, KS, and died on December 18, 2013 in NOW BAHAR, AFGHANISTAN. He was 35. Cause: HOSTILE.

U.S. Army Sergeant First Class Omar Wilfred Forde, 28, of Marietta, Georgia, died on December 18, 2013, in Now Bahar, Afghanistan, from hostile action.

U.S. Army Sergeant Peter Christopher Bohler, 29, of Willow Spring, North Carolina, died in a helicopter crash in Now Bahar, Afghanistan, on December 18, 2013.

U.S. Army Specialist Terry Kishaun Gordon, 22, of Shubuta, Mississippi, was killed in a helicopter crash in Now Bahar, Afghanistan, on December 18, 2013.

Chief Warrant Officer 2 Randy Lee Billings, 34, of Heavener, Oklahoma, was a U.S. Army helicopter pilot. He was killed in action on December 17, 2013, when his AH-64 Apache was shot down in Now Bahar, Afghanistan.
