U.S. Army Captain Joshua Michael McClimans, 30, of Jamestown, Ohio, was killed by hostile fire on April 22, 2011, at Forward Operating Base Salerno in Afghanistan.

U.S. Army Private First Class John Francis Kihm, 19, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was killed in action on April 19, 2011, in Kandahar, Afghanistan.

Petty Officer Third Class Micah Aaron Hill, 27, of Ralston, Nebraska, was a U.S. Navy sailor assigned to the USS Enterprise (CVN 65). He died in Iraq on April 19, 2011, during Operation New Dawn.

U.S. Army Sergeant Sonny Jade Moses, 22, of Koror, Palau, died on April 18, 2011, in Landstuhl, Germany, from wounds sustained in a hostile incident in Afghanistan.

Sgt. Paul Jed Atim, 27, of Green Bay, Wisconsin, served with the U.S. Army's 1st Battalion, 32nd Infantry Regiment. He was killed in action on April 17, 2011, in Ahmid-Khan, Afghanistan.
