Corporal Michael Webster Ouellette, 28, of Manchester, New Hampshire, was a U.S. Marine killed in a hostile incident in Bastion, Afghanistan, on March 22, 2009.

SGT Escobedo, Jose Refugio Jr, age 32, of ALBUQUERQUE, NM ? Active Duty, ARMY, 177 FA, 1-2 IN, 172ND INF (TASK ORG MND-C), ? died on March 20, 2009 in BAGHDAD, IRAQ.

Lance Cpl. Daniel Joseph Geary, 22, of Rome, New York, was a U.S. Marine killed in hostile action in Kandahar, Afghanistan, on March 20, 2009.

CPL Moore, Gary Lee, 25, a native of DEL CITY, OK, died serving in the Active Duty, ARMY, 978TH MILITARY POLICE COMPANY, 716TH MP BN, FORT BLISS, TX, during Operation Iraqi Freedom on March 16, 2009. Cause: HOSTILE.

U.S. Army Specialist Norman Lewis Cain III, 22, of Freeport, Illinois, died on March 15, 2009, in Kot, Afghanistan, from hostile action.

In JAF FST, AFGHANISTAN on March 15, 2009, the ARMY lost SGT Weinger, Robert Martin of ROUND LAKE BEACH, IL, 24, serving with COMPANY D, 1ST BATTALION, 178TH INFANTRY, WOODSTOCK, IL. Cause: HOSTILE.

Staff Sgt. Timothy Louis Bowles, 24, of Tucson, Arizona, was an active-duty U.S. Air Force airman assigned to the 3rd Logistics Readiness Squadron. He died in a hostile incident in Kot, Afghanistan, on March 15, 2009.

U.S. Army Sergeant Christopher Paul Abeyta, 23, of Midlothian, Illinois, was killed in a hostile incident on March 15, 2009, at the Jalalabad Forward Surgical Team (FST) facility in Afghanistan.

On March 14, 2009, the MARINE CORPS lost SSGT Taylor, Archie Andrew of TOMBALL, TX in KABUL, AFGHANISTAN. He was 37.

On March 10, 2009, the MARINE CORPS lost LCPL Malone, Patrick Antonio of OCALA, FL in SAQLAWEIYAH, IRAQ. He was 21.

Private First Class Patrick Allen Devoe II, 27, of Auburn, New York, was a U.S. Army soldier serving in Afghanistan. He died on March 8, 2009, from hostile fire at Forward Operating Base Salerno.

1LT Hyde, Daniel Brian, 24, a native of MODESTO, CA, died serving in the Active Duty, ARMY, COMPANY A, 2ND BATTALION, 35TH INF. REG, 3 BCT, 25TH ID, SCHOFIELD BARRACKS, HI, during Operation Iraqi Freedom on March 7, 2009. Cause: HOSTILE.

Sgt. Simone Asia Robinson, 21, of Dixmoor, Illinois, served with Company E, 634th Brigade Support Battalion, Illinois Army National Guard. She died on March 1, 2009, from hostile action while deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedo
