Major Henry San Nicolas Ofeciar, 37, of Agana, Guam, served with the U.S. Army's 1st Brigade, 1st Infantry Division. He was killed in a hostile incident at Forward Operating Base Naray, Afghanistan, on August 27, 2007.

PFC Wilson, Thomas Randolph, 21, a native of MORGANTOWN, WV, died serving in the Active Duty, ARMY, HHC, 1ST BATTALION, 503D INFANTRY, 173D AIRBORNE BRIGADE, VICENZA, IT, during Operation Enduring Freedom on August 27, 2007. Cause: HOSTILE.
