SPC Patterson, Cody James, 24 years old, grew up in PHILOMATH, OR and served as Active Duty in the ARMY with COMPANY B, 3RD BATTALION, 75TH RANGER REGIMENT (A), FORT BENNING, GA during Operation Enduring Freedom.

He did not survive OEF. The ARMY recorded his death on October 6, 2013 in ZHARI DISTRICT, AFGHANISTAN, from HOSTILE.
