Wade, Chad Stafford of BENTONVILLE, AR, 22 years old, served in the MARINE CORPS with 2D BN, 1ST MAR., (RCT-1, I MEF FWD),1ST MAR DIV, CAMP PENDLETON, CA at the rank of CPL ? one of the Americans deployed to Afghanistan, Philippines, Horn of Africa.

He did not survive OEF. The MARINE CORPS recorded his death on December 1, 2010 in HELMAND PROVINCE, AFGHANISTAN, from HOSTILE.
