Tinsley, John of TALLAHASSEE, FL, 28 years old, served in the ARMY with COMPANY B, 2D BATTALION, 7TH SPECIAL FORCES GROUP, FORT BRAGG, NC at the rank of CPT ? one of the Americans deployed to Afghanistan, Philippines, Horn of Africa.

He did not survive OEF. The ARMY recorded his death on August 12, 2009 in IVO FIRE BASE COBRA, AFGHANISTAN, from HOSTILE.
