SPC Lwin, Wai Phyo, 27 years old, grew up in QUEENS, NY and served as National Guard in the ARMY with HHC, 1ST BN, 69TH INFANTRY REGIMENT, 3RD BDE, 42ND INFANTRY DIV, XVIII AIRBORNE CORPS, NEW YORK, NY during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
