Katrina Renee Grady was from Greenville, Mississippi. She enlisted in the United States Navy and served as a Petty Officer 3rd Class, assigned to the guided-missile cruiser USS Port Royal (CG-73).
According to the U.S. Department of Defense, Grady died on April 18, 2002, at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland.
