Specialist Dwayne Westfall Flores was a 22-year-old soldier from Sinajana, Guam. He served with Company E, 1st Battalion, 294th Infantry Regiment, part of the Guam Army National Guard's 29th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, based at Fort Juan Muna.
