Their Story

Timothy Peter Davis was a combat controller in the U.S. Air Force's 23rd Special Tactics Squadron, an elite unit based at Hurlburt Field, Florida. Combat controllers are trained to deploy with Army Special Forces and Navy SEAL teams, directing close air support and conducting reconnaissance.
