Christopher Lawrance Brown was a Staff Sergeant in the United States Army, assigned to Company A, 2nd Battalion, 12th Infantry Regiment, 4th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, based at Fort Carson, Colorado. He was 26 years old and from Columbus, Ohio.
