Mohammadhatam Raisi

Mohammadhatam Raisi was a ten-year-old boy from the city of Minab in Iran's southern Hormozgan province. He was a student, likely in the fourth grade, at the Shajareh Tayyebeh school.

On the morning of February 28, 2026, a missile struck the Shajareh Tayyebeh school building in Minab. Mohammadhatam was killed in the blast. Casualty documentation lists him alongside Asna Raisi, aged twelve, suggesting they may have been siblings or relatives.

The strike occurred during a period of heightened regional military activity in early 2026. The incident was part of a series of reported cross-border attacks and retaliatory strikes involving Iran and other state actors.
